Introduction

This project featured a full interior and exterior transformation to create a modern, cohesive, and highly functional home.

The kitchen was completely redesigned with a fresh layout, combining warm wood upper cabinets with deep green lower cabinets to create a balanced and contemporary look. Quartz countertops were installed throughout, paired with a subtle patterned backsplash and under-cabinet lighting to enhance both usability and visual appeal. A large bar-top seating area was added to improve flow and create a more social, open-concept space.

The living area was upgraded with a custom-built feature wall, including integrated shelving, a mounted TV space, and a modern electric fireplace, creating a strong focal point while maintaining a clean and minimal design.

Bedrooms were refreshed with new flooring, updated lighting, and clean finishes to create bright and comfortable spaces. The overall flooring throughout the home was updated to maintain consistency and a modern feel.

Exterior improvements included extensive landscaping, updated lighting and enhanced curb appeal that created a welcoming look during both day and night.
